Introduction

The Bureau was established under the Director of Employment & Training, Gujarat State , Gandhinagar on 1964.

Activities carried out by the Bureau 

§         Registration of Medical, Engineering & Professional Graduate and all Postgraduate unemployment candidate for employment.

• Renewal of Registration by personal and post.
• Vocational guidance to candidates and students, which comes to the office.

§         Established an Information room with carrier literature like Employment news, Gujarat Rojgar Samachar, Liberty Carrier News, University Handbook, Competition Success  ,Vocational   Literature etc.

§         Collection of vacancies and submition of suitable candidates list to the employer and achieve placement as per C.N.V. Act, 1959.

§         Arrange Industrial Recruitment fare and help to candidates for employment.
